Our Classes
Studio 6 brings a new experience of Reformer Pilates, Yoga and Barre to Zug. Our carefully choreographed classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, posture and balance. Each 50-minute session is curated with music and brings together mindfulness, focus and effective strength training. We train exclusively on premium BodyBalance reformers and work with certified, experienced instructors. We offer four classes, each also available as a private session.
Stretch and lengthen. Pilates Balance is a flowing, full-body Reformer workout designed to build deep core strength, sculpt long, lean muscles and improve posture and mobility.
Challenge and strengthen. Pilates Burn is our high-energy Reformer workout designed to build strength, muscle tone and endurance.
Breathe and recharge. Yoga Fusion blends the strength and discipline of Ashtanga with the fluid movement of Vinyasa to create a dynamic, energizing practice.
Sculpt and align. Our Barre class combines precise, controlled movements with high-repetition sequences to build muscular endurance and sculpt your thighs, glutes and core.
About
It started with a simple question: where can we find a place that offers something for the body, the mind and the soul? Studio 6 was created for people who are looking for more than just a workout. We offer a centered practice set against a backdrop of curated music and welcoming atmosphere - all designed to switch off the noise and focus on yourself.
