Privacy policy

The controller for processing personal data on this website is STUDIO 6 Pilates & Yoga GmbH, Industriestrasse 12, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, email hello@studio6pilates.ch.

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This data may be processed in the USA.

Fonts are served from our own server. Visiting the site creates no connection to Google Fonts.

We measure website usage with Umami. Umami sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. It records aggregated information such as pages viewed, referring site, device type and country. This does not allow us to identify individual people. Umami runs on a server operated by our web agency Velixar in Geneva (Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland), not by an advertising or analytics company. No data is passed on to third parties.

We also use Umami to record session replays and heatmaps for a share of visits, to spot usability problems on the website. This covers mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and the page content shown to you. No cookies are set and nothing is stored on your device.

Your input is not recorded: text you type into forms is technically masked, and email fields, phone fields and multi-line text fields are fully excluded from recording. The recordings are used only to improve this website, are not passed on to third parties and are deleted once they are no longer needed for this purpose.

The legal basis for measurement and recording is our legitimate interest in a well-functioning website (Art. 31 FADP).

You can object to measurement and recording at any time. An informal message to hello@studio6pilates.ch is enough; we will then delete any recordings of your visit. To switch both off on your own device, open https://studio6pilates.ch/?messung=aus once.

The contact form stores nothing on this website. When you submit, your email app opens with a prepared message to us. Only when you send it from there do we receive your name, email address, optionally your phone number and your message.

We use this information only to answer your request and delete it once it is no longer needed for this purpose.

If you contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram, the privacy policies of Meta Platforms also apply. The links on this website transfer no data to these providers before you click.

The home page and the contact page include a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd. or Google LLC, USA). When the map loads, your browser sends data such as your IP address to Google, and Google may set cookies. Google's privacy policy also applies.

We use Eversports (Eversports GmbH, Austria) to book classes and packs. The Eversports schedule and price list are embedded on the «Book» and «Pricing» pages. When these pages load, your browser connects to Eversports servers and transmits technical data such as your IP address. When you book, the Eversports privacy policy also applies. We process your booking data to manage classes, packs and payments.

Personal data may be transferred to the USA (Vercel, Google, Meta) and the EEA (Eversports). For the USA we rely, where applicable, on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

You may request access to your personal data and its correction or deletion by writing to hello@studio6pilates.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
